Carlos Rossi Carlos is a Brazilian native of Italian descent and has an extensive multicultural background, having lived and worked in most South American countries, the USA, Mexico, many European countries, as well as the United Arab Emirates, China, and Australia.

For the last 15 years, Carlos has worked in the Glass Manufacturing Industry in various capacities, including Sales, Product Development, Quality, Distribution, Product Management, and Manufacturing in operational and strategic roles.

His specific areas of expertise cover Equipment and Production Line Manufacturing, Mechanical Assembly and Facilities, Software, Food Manufacturing, Automotive, Construction, Appliances, and Solar Energy.

Greg Gibson Gregory is a native of Charlotte NC. After graduating and receiving his BFA from ACA & GSU in Atlanta, GA, he began working in the woodworking & cabinet-making trades. First efforts were with small custom shop environments, designing and building modern prototype furniture, yacht interiors, executive offices, etc.

During this time and into the present, he has continued his pursuit in the Fine Arts. His paintings, drawings, and collages are exhibited in national galleries and published in print with commentary by both art historians and religious scholars.

From 2001 – 2005, Greg was an EXF machinery sales Product Manager, primarily woodworking equipment sales. He rejoins our team in the Glass & Window Division.

Greg’s creative background and equipment sales experience complement his innate unique skillset and problem-solving capability. Lana Savitch Lana was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia. She graduated from the Baltic State Technical University (Voenmeh D.F.Ustinov) of St. Petersburg and awarded a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Electro-Mechanical Designs.

Following graduation, she accepted a position as a Heavy Machinery Engineer-Designer at the Institute of Scientific Research & Technology of St. Petersburg, Russia, a division of Putilov Factory. She remained several years at the Institute until the mid 1990s, when Lana made the decision to immigrate to the USA. She joined AGM (Alfa Glass Machinery), a North American distributor of Italian Glass & Window Working Machinery. Her primary AGM activities included office management, sales support, customer services, marketing, and vendor relationships.

Seven years later, Lana accepted a position with EX FACTORY to provide sales support and customer service. Fluent in both Russian and English, Lana may be your first contact! She'll gladly answer your basic questions and put you in direct contact with the Product Manager who can assist with your requirements!
